Application Process

  1. Fill out the application form taken from the University.
  2. Choose the field of your study.
  3. Submit all documents as per the requirements from the University.
  4. Pay the application fees.
  5. If necessary, you might have to give an entry test or an interview
  6. Pay registration fee in order to book your place in the University
  7. After submitting all documents, an ID card will be issued stating your proof of being a student at their University.
  8. Process differs from University to University

Eligibility Criteria to enroll in UAE university (Bachelor’s) :

  1. Must complete secondary education and have an original grade sheet to show the University. The completion certificate must not be more than 3 years old.
  2. For institutions related to Medicine and Dental Medicine, the secondary education grade sheet must not be more than one year old.
  3. You must not have been expelled from your previous institutions.
  4. Must submit all documents required by the University and pay the registration fee on time.
  5. Must have secured the required marks cut off given by the University.
  6. Process differs from University to University.

Documents required to submit for Bachelor’s degree in UAE :

  1. Copy of residence visa.
  2. Copy of passport (Photo & Address Page).
  3. Certified copy of secondary school certificate.
  4. Recent passport sized colored photographs.
  5. Copy of birth certificate.

Eligibility Criteria to enroll in UAE university (Master’s) :

  1. Must have acquired undergraduate degree with a CGPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.0
  2. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of study
  3. Must have work experience related to the field of study.

Documents required to submit for Master’s degree in UAE :

  1. Copy of valid student passport.
  2. Certified copy of undergraduate degree.
  3. Certified copy of undergraduate transcript.
  4. Recent passport sized colored photographs.
  5. Certificate of good conduct.
  6. Copy of Birth Certificate.
  7. CV/Resume.

Entrance exams required in some universities in the UAE :

  1. Paper-Based TOEFL – a four-section assessment that is offered in places where the TOEFL internet-based test (iBT) is not available. The PBT is taken by just 3% of students who choose the TOEFL for their English-language requirements. Many colleges and Universities will still accept PBT scores, but some will consider the iBT only.
  2. TOEFL iBT – Conveniently offered weekly at authorized test centers near you, the computer-delivered TOEFL iBT test is the only test that measures all 4 academic English skills — reading, listening, speaking, and writing — the way they are actually used in a classroom.
  3. IELTS – The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is designed to help you work, study or migrate to a country where English is the native language. This includes countries such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and USA. Your ability to listen, read, write and speak in English will be assessed during the test.
  4. EmSAT – Emirates Standardized Test is a computer-based entrance test for University or college admissions in United Arab Emirates. The purpose of EmSAT test is to assess the students’ skills and knowledge in the area of interest for higher studies in targeted subjects.
  5. GMAT – The graduate management admission test (GMAT) is a standardized test intended to measure a test taker’s aptitude in mathematics and analytical writing. The GMAT is most commonly used as the primary exam reviewed by business schools to gain entrance into an MBA program.
